Not happy, sorry...I have ordered trucker caps from y'all before and this is by far the worst experience yet. First of all, I'm not sure what is going on but I get every email from Brand Depot EXCEPT my proofs. Then when I email customer service you send the proof and snarkly add "we sent it, it must be in your spam folder" which it wasn't. This happened on my last three orders btw.
Regarding these caps in particular...you changed the version of cap you're using, which was formerly a Port Autho...
