I can’t express enough how awesome their customer service is! I had a question about a Kiele bracelet I purchased in November on Black Friday and instead of questioning what I did to possibly cause the problem, they immediately said they would replace it and within 2 weeks I had a new Kiele bracelet. This is my second time ordering this same bracelet. The first time I ordered a 7 1/2 which was way to small but still was able to put it on my wrist. The second time, I bought an 8 1/2 after following the sizing direction. Then it was too big! Ka'ohana was very nice and allowed me to exchange for another size. So I ordered size 8 and now it's perfect! Ka'ohana's customer service is superb! They are easy to reach and they are so easy to work with. Will definitely be purchasing more in the future....

Absolutely gorgeous bracelet... A great alternative to the real thing. I may need to place another order as the bracelet was too big for her.
