Super bummed out one of the names are misspelled 😭on the bracelet. It’s supposed to say Kailani Napuehu But it is spelt Kalani Napuehu. I purchased 4 bracelets total for my daughters as a special Christmas gift to try and lift their spirits after losing everything we owned in the Lahaina Fire😭 and now it’s totally ruined. How do we make this right ?

Beautiful piece of jewelry. Length is perfect and it came in a cute little pink felt pocket purse with a snap which was a nice touch. The only negative comment I have is that the lettering was a little off with two of the letters. It sat a bit lower than it should have with relation to the rest of the word. All in all I'm happy with it. It was so kind of them to add the okina (apostrophe) to the word being that I had already reached my 8-letter limit without it.

The ring is beautiful and fits perfectly. My only issue is that the inset plumeria is on both sides of the ring. This is not as comfortable as it could be. I feel the inset on the palm side of the ring isn’t necessary.

I loved the pendant with my name on it but the chain was a bit short and thick for my likings so I use my own chain with the pendant on it n wear the chain on its own which fit better just like that..Overall, I like it and will probably order more soon but with different style.
