I liked the bracelet I got it's very pretty but it doesn't look like the one I ordered. It's very close before it was shipped I got an email saying there were problems getting this bracelet so to make up for that they would be sending another bracelet along with this one. I got one bracelet that isn't this one so I'm not sure what happened.

I promptly contacted customer service to see if I could exchange it for a smaller size and they were more than happy to assist me. I am very happy with the service that I received.
