Love this wireless concept but I wouldn’t suggest purchasing the white! It’s marked terribly from day 1. It’s a bit slower than regular charging but I think that’s standard. The 4 slowly flashing lights once you put it on I think is unnecessary - you can tell it’s charging by the fact that it’s charging haha. But it is nice to just pop it down and have it charge and not have to fiddle with cords. All in all, I’m glad to have it

Product is good however very disappointed in the amount of time it took to receive. I ordered in January and did not receive u til late April. I am aware of the current corona virus causing shipment delays etc and was patient and accepting of the current circumstances however the communication from snap was terrible. I sent numerous emails which went unanswered and never even got a courtesy email apologising. Disappointing.
