Very pleased with this kit. It included good instructions and all the pieces were clearly labeled with a matching diagram. The most difficult part was disassembling the interior. There was also enough extra material to cover my rear wheel wells. The most noticeable area for reduced noise seems to be the doors for me.

Second time using SoundSkins products, more than satisfied with the results. Installed their F150 door kit, the precut holes lined up perfectly. Took no time at all to install. Dropped the interior noise at 70 mph by a solid 4 decibels between the SoundSkins kit and cavity block plates over top. The B&O Unleashed’s sound quality and bass also improved significantly. There are no downsides with this kit, just winning!

The material is laser precut to size and shape for each specified area of the vehicle. However, I found that by cutting the large front door pieces in two along the door reinforcement bar, application is even easier. It took about two hours to do the floors, about 45 minutes per door, for a total of about 6 hours of work. Great stuff. Easy to cut and mold to surfaces. I haven't finished my install yet. Just my 20 year old speakers in the front door sound great now. The truck is a lot more quiet as well.

After closing all of the holes in my door panel with Soundskins sound deadening material (which really improved my mid bass). I decided to buy the sound rings because I still thought my speakers were lacking a bit. Sealing them against the door panel significantly improved my mid bass response and it sounds better than ever. I would definitely recommend doing both. It might seem expensive getting into it but for the sound gains you get it is definitely worth it.

Very straightforward install and easy material to work with. Prep your surface good and make sure to roll out all edges and other nooks and crannies. Makes the truck much quieter inside (i have 37 super swampers on my 5” straight piped 2015 lml). Audio sounds much cleaner as well!

Awesome product! Super easy to install. I installed this precut kit in my friend of mines 2018 Toyota 4runner. Instructions are simple, door panels can be removed in about one minute. Remove the vapor barrier and unclip all the harnesses. The precut sheets need all the spots popped out for bolt holes and holes for the harnesses. The rings are great! Have used them in all of my vehicles. The V3 rings along with Soundskins Pro for inner and outer door skins, back wall of my supercrew, and treating the floor in the backseat area have greatly improved acoustical performance and reduced road noise. When I took apart my laptop to replace the thermal paste on the CPU and GPU, the foam tape around the latter had degraded to an unusable state. This tape from SoundSkins provides all the same features: acoustic isolation, protection from dust, thermal resistance, etc. It's a replacement for a difficult to find product with specific physical properties.

Great product. The foam layer on top is easy to work with and absorbs vibrations and sounds better than the other options without the foam. You don't have to keep layering different products either. The large roll makes it easy to cover an entire door instead of using pieces.

I recently used this roller tool to install sound deadening material in my Ford Bronco, and it's been a game-changer. The roller makes it easy to smooth out the material as I apply it, ensuring a solid, even bond with no air pockets. I ordered the Pro shop kit and roller to redo the system in my F150. The kit was just enough to do the majority of my truck excluding the roof. That will be next. The roller was top notch and aided in the install tremendously. I can imagine trying to complete the job without it.

The kit was perfect for my F150. I did a full install on the floor, rear wall and all four doors. The installation was simple enough once I got the cleaning done after the carpet removal. Great kit!!! The skins are almost twice as thick as the competition. The pieces themselves were great, but it comes with so much extra "skin" that I was able to cover the entirety of my fairing and still have pieces left over! So far I'm very happy with the tighter sound of my speakers!

Bought the pre-cut material for my 2009 F150. Fit perfectly with all the correct cutouts for door mounting and cable runs. I also purchased pro-sound rolls to do the inside of the doors for sound dampening. It made a huge difference and was immediately noticeable. I would highly recommend SoundSkins!!

In the description it says that 2 rolls will cover 4 doors but that hasn't worked out for me. As someone with absolutely no experience working on vehicles I found it fairly straightforward to install. My biggest challenge getting all the different wiring connections apart. The precut kits fit really well with only super minor alterations.

Used SoundSkins Pro on my 2013 F150 to sound deaden, and seal my door cavity. The results were a more solid door, significantly less vibration, and noticeably deeper midbass. SoundSkins Rings helped project the midbass woofers into the cab, losing less sound between the door and the panel. Such a huge increase in overall SQL. Best sound deadener I’ve used!
