Got this for my son as a gift & we both loveeeeeeee them! We got a plain black one with his name & the sugar skull SnapBack with his name. Not one complaint, the hats are beautiful & great quality!! Customer service was awesome as well, I didn’t get the girls name who helped me over the phone but I decided to change my order last minute & the lady who helped me was quick & very friendly.
