This water fountain is 'purrfect'. Very easy to clean, assemble/disassemble....for cleaning, the pump is especially easy to semi take apart for cleaning....important in my area where we have hard water and get scale build up. It's robust, holds lots of water, filters are easy to replace. But most importantly both my cats love it and freely drink from it. One thing though I had to remove the 'daisy top' as they wouldn't drink from it with it in...works perfectly without.

My cat, Lily, loves her new bed. She has it squished into the shape that she prefers and sleeps in it every chance she gets!

I was kind of disappointed there was a hole in it like someone cut it and still sent it out

The fish is everything you advertised it to be. I was very excited. My cats are 3. Don’t exercise much anymore. They will play with it for a short time only. I do not think it is your product. I have been looking and buying things to entertain and exercise the my boys but nothing seems to work. I think the fish is great. The most interesting cat toy i have seen in a long time
