I bought this bed for our older cat who suffers from anxiety. She was a stray that we brought in from the streets as an older kitten. She would not use it! I received a kitten from my family for Mother’s Day and the new kitten loves it! Even though it is too big for her it is her goto place to get away. My Sassy is a very nervous kitty having spent 13 months at the Humane Society before I adopted her. She has been over grooming for a while, but since she got her new bed, she has calmed down quite a lot and her fur seems to be growing back. Panda isn't 100% sure about this yet, but she stays up there for a while when I set her on it. I may just have it placed where she can't easily get to it. It has stayed up well so far and was very easy to put together. It's sturdy, though she does only weigh 7 pounds so it doesn't take much. Overall, though, a good product for cats who like to creep out the window.

I'm so happy to report that my cat loves this bed! Taiga doesn't like most of the things I buy for her (she's a kitty diva!) so I was pleasantly surprised. We recently got a new puppy, which was stressing out poor Taiga, so I wanted to get her something nice to ease her anxiety. We do have to add water fairly often throughout the day. However, we no longer have a problem with one of our cats knocking the water dish over. So we are fine with adding water often as opposed to her knocking the dish over. They both seem to be happy with the angle. It took a bit to figure out that we have to put our fore finger underneath a dish and our thumb on the holder to be able to take the dish out for cleaning.
