I really do like the special shapes pen when placing medium pieces. If they are small and close together it is a little too big but that doesn't happen very often. I do know more often than not it is perfect and makes things alot easier.

I do love the product, my only thing is that it did not come with any type of directions. I had to remove the bulbs and figure out how to pull the piece out so I can start the diamond painting process. I am very excited to get started and finish it. Please send me more products you all have. I do like doing the Journals and the Book Marks as well.

Just got my custom DP. Love your diamonds it has a good quality. The canvas os great but it crambles as you put more beads on it. The color of the picture is not what I expect, but will see as I finish it.

Your canvasses are beautiful as is the custom picture your put on. The only problem I have is that some of your diamonds or rhinestones are of very poor quality. Different sizes, their stuck together and I have to use the grinder to get them apart. If you would use better quality diamonds I would recommend you to all my friends. Because of this I have been trying other companies to make my custom pictures to see what their quality is like.

Just received kit - spent this afternoon decanting beads from plastic bags into individual boxes. Love the clear plastic cover as I can see whole picture and number guides on sides of picture are a great help. However, can you try anti-static bags for the beads as they are inclined to cling to the insides of the bags and / or the seal of the bags - have to poke around for the last few sometimes.

Great picture. My only concern is that the size you say the picture is say 16 x 20 is NOT actually the size of the picture area. So when you put it in a frame there is a horrid dirty border showing..
