Fantastic quality coat that ticks all the boxes. Very comfortable and warm and will be used constantly throughout the winter. Perfect for those dark cold evenings walking the dog. The hood seems ok, and will be fine on top of a woolly hat. Would recommend this coat without hesitation.

I emailed after ordering online to change the size, which was change & confirmed promptly by the retailer whose communication throughout Was excellent. Jacket construction is very well made with a generous fit, and true to size So if your size 12 buy size 12. I also have long arms and struggle to buy jackets with long enough sleeve, I had no issues with this jacket and plan to buy another colour.

When the jacket arrived, it was in excellent condition and was a good fit. I'm usually a L, but ordered XL to be on safe side. I intend ordering a padded bomber jacket when they are back in stock.
