It’s not reinforced like the faux leather strap, but the look is perfect and it’s so thick that it would be hard to cut anyway. Huge fan of this brand and their products! I'm very pleased with my new Crissy Mini Crossbody bag. I'm not "a bling-bling girl" and don't like any golden stuff, but black gunmetal looks awesome and is perfect for my style! While my cell phone fits into the bag, it would be perfect if the bag would be just a little bit longer for easier access. It took a long time to get the bag delivered to Europe, but it was worth the waiting.

This is my third Arden Cove bag. My first was the mini crossbody (black) that I purchased in spring 2019, and it has held up super well. The only wear is a tiny amount of loose stitching on the zipper pocket (because I stuff more into it than I should) and some of the plating on the gold hardware is rubbing off. I recently purchased the Chrissy in black for a 10 day trip. I was amazed at how much fit in this bag. Everything from phone, passports, tickets, glasses, sunglasses, wallet, kleenex, and a lot more! It was very comfortable to wear crossbody or over the shoulder. It fit easily into one of my carry on bags so it didn't count as a third bag. I can't recommend this bag enough!
