This purchase was a gift! My giftee absolutely loves it! There was a misunderstanding in the beginning (totally my fault) Karin was absolutely kind & professional in dealing with the situation. I truly appreciate Karin's customer service! I love Arden Cove products ( I have 5 items and I buy them as gifts) and the wonderful sisters behind the products are stellar, as well! I love my Elise! This was my first purchase from Arden Cove. Love the built in wallet and how wide the bag opens. It’s so pretty too! I ended up buying the crissy full as well to use on an upcoming trip to Europe because I liked the pockets inside and the fact that the wallet was on the outside for easier access. I added the Jacquard Strap to my Crissy Full Crossbody for an upcoming trip. It is the cherry on top of a fantastic purse! The strap is incredibly soft and comfortable to wear for a long day of walking. I love the thoughtful addition of a D-ring (a perfect spot for sun glasses). It's also refreshing to deal with a company with such impeccable customer service!

I just got back from a week in France with my Arden Cove purse. We took the metro a lot in Paris, and the locking clasps made me feel secure against pickpockets. The purse was the perfect size for travel. I was a little concerned about how narrow the strap was, as my shoulders are quite sensitive, so I purchased a coordinating leather shoulder pad from a leather craftsman before the trip. I will definitely be using this purse for future trips.

Lightweight and secure but held everything I needed it to (including my son's epiPen, two pairs of eyeglasses, a camera, other bits and bobs and all our credit cards/travel cards/IDs, money, etc.). The faux leather is surprisingly beautiful (truly resembling leather) and the wire is hardly noticeable but if you look carefully you can confirm it’s there. This is such a cute small wallet, I cam slot few cards, bills and even my friends love the sound of the clicking wallet, convenient to bring outside for work or marketing. The only thing is that I can't seem to scan my ezlink card when in sg mrt, it mention multiple scanning or something thou I have put it in the back of the wallet which is not RFID blocking but overall, still love it!
