If there is a complaint, it would be the zippers are extremely tight and dependent upon the bags position you might need both hands to open it. Other than that it is a great size, awesome color and well made. The pockets inside for cards are very tight which might be good so they don’t fall out. I ordered the chain strap and ended up ordering the vegan leather one as well. I look forward to leather one softening a bit. It still has the packaging curves to it.

It looks great but haven’t used it yet…Will report back once we have visited Europe…the zipper locks were a bit fiddly to attach but we are hoping to get used to it. The delivery service was very good and it arrived within nominated timeframes.

Ordered this cute crossbody for upcoming travel because of its security features: locking zippers, RFID blocking, etc. However, was smaller than I anticipated and wasn't happy with the sliding shoulder pad on the gold chain... it moves too easily and the chain catches my hair. Planned to return it BUT failed to read the no return policy on sale merch, so I am trying to sell it at a loss. My bad.

The wallet is very nice. It's a very well-made, quality wallet. The size is perfect if you are just using it as a wallet. A cellphone does not fit in here. I think a cellphone would fit in the larger size wallet. I returned the wallet because it did not have the kind of belt attachment I was looking for but I wanted to leave a review because it was truly a nice wallet.

The bag itself does not seem fit for the price paid. The black material stains easily and the zipper makes it look cheap. The way the bag was packed permanently warped the internal pockets making them sag weirdly and not hold well onto things such as pens.

As a travel bag, this tote is INCREDIBLE! I especially love the ability to slip it onto the handle of my roller bag. Game. Changer! I also love the abundance of pockets and the size - perfect as an airplane "personal item." I used it for the first time on a short trip from Japan to Korea, and it did not disappoint! My only "complaints" are that 1) I wish it came with additional straps rather than those being sold separately and 2) I wish there was a designated pocket for holding travel documents...

The Crissy crossbody is cute and comfortable! It worked well when I used it on a trip to Canada. I gave it four stars as it's just a bit too small for me ('guess I carry a lot!?!?). Overall though, it's a high quality purse!

I'm using it while at home trying to get used to it, and have definitely decided it is not an every-day purse, which I knew, just thought I'd add. 🙂 With that said, I do believe I'm going to really like it when I "officially" use it in Italy this October. For the price I do wish there was a specific place to put my change; I had to purchase a change purse for this handbag. I do like everything else about it.

This is a great looking, sturdy, compact laptop-holding backpack. Perfect for urban travel, sleek and theft-proof. It lacks the numerous outside pockets that a regular day pack has, but that helps keeps things more secure. Only complaint is that one of the interior mesh pockets had a broken zipper right off the bat. Hardware is definitely the weakness of this otherwise great brand.

The bag looks and feels like it will perform well. I haven’t used it yet though. The zippers don’t slide easily. After a chat with the company, I’m assured they will loosen up. Meanwhile, I will use some zipper ease to see if that will help. Perhaps this isn’t possible, but I would like the credit card slots on the opposite side they are currently on. I think they would be easier to see and use. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and look forward to traveling with it soon.

I am using the handbag on a trip now. I like it, but would like it even more if it included a pocket on the outside back where you could slip something for immediate access rather than always having to unzip the bag to store and retrieve it.

This is a great addition to my Elise crossbody in Brown/gold. I love a top handle bag and works even with the shoulder strap on the bag. It feels good in your hand as well if you are just carrying your bag.

I took this purse to London. I love the look of it. Perfect for travel but doesn't look like a travel purse. It is a little small but still accommodates my day's worth of streamlined needs. I use it a bit differently than suggested as my Samsung phone is too big for the inner cell phone pocket. I put my phone in the front pocket which is more readily accessible. I have bought many travel purses through the year and the Crissy may be my new favorite. I used it on a trip to Morocco and it was a great size for all my necessities, plus a little room to spare.
