Still yet to run the full capabilities of the dcdc charger, as I haven’t taken the van out yet since this installation is part of a bigger renovation of our 16’ Bushtracker. I was a little sceptical at first as my initial connect to my tow vehicle was only showing an output of 4-5amps. But once connected to my caravan battery management I was getting the advertised 15-16amps. I've yet to find a reason why my tow vehicle was so low, but the solar blanket was purchased for van and is doing an excellent job of topping up my two 105a/h AGM batteries. Easy to fold out and fold back at sundown. Highly Recommended

Been using Cyberpower ups for quite a number of years. But when the batteries reached EOL, decided to give iTechworld batteries (7ah) a try as replacement. UPS used to be insanely heavy. It is now so light and easy to relocate when necessary. I would definitely recommend them!

I was told that the original van charging system was ok for two batteries. We have a 3 way fridge and apart from the coffee machine and microwave we don’t use a lot of power. We have 2 solar panels which normally supply all of the charging to maintain the batteries. I didn’t like the output of the original charger so I bought this charger. It is great, does everything it’s supposed to and works perfectly.

The battery’s took 9 days to arrive coming by Toll to us in Vic. They came 3/4 charged what was a bonus because when I dropped them in the van was able to run straight away. I have 3 of them. One in the Van, one in the car and one in the Camper Trailer.
I originally had one from another company which came with a cable about 5 inches long and had to buy an extension separately. This unit failed soon after and I sent it back where they tested it over a month then told me it didn't work (Really!). So I bought the ITech one, then 2 more. Don't waste your time on the other brands, just buy one of these.

The Itech regulator is the third type I have installed and the best. The Itech regulator clearly switches between charging modes and doesn't destroy or flatten the batteries, I would certainly purchase another when needed.

This battery is brilliant. Tested in high country over 4 days, never dropped below 13.2v. I bought the battery, 20amp dcdc and 240v charger to upgrade a black series camper trailer.
I removed two 100ah gel batteries from the camper trailer.
The gel batteries combined weight was 56kg the 120x is 9kg. This is 47kg removed from the trailer and replaced with a single battery that is superior.
We only run a 75lt dual zone fridge and led lights. One 120x is enough for now but can add another one later...

The photo shows both the 40A MPPT solar charge controller and the 240V 40A charger. It's 7am, with a low morning sun and the solar controller is charging at about 4A with the fridge cycling at 5.6A. As soon as the fridge shuts down the solar controller will boost the 200Ah battery. Only problem with setting the unit up, the instructions weren't specific on how to set the device, so I rang iTechworld and they told me.

I had previously replaced the 2 old AGM batteries in the camper trailer with 2 x iTECH 120 batteries which are fantastic but I wish there was room in it for another one or two batteries for when we are off grid camping in a very shady spot with no solar gain.
The best solution was to upgraded the aging AGM second battery in the Landcruiser with an under bonnet iTECH 120 and install an another tucked away on the rear drawer system.
With now 4 x iTech120 batteries to charge I needed a better DCD...

We bought a second hand wild boar camper with an AGM battery system already installed but there was no DCDC charger. I already had a 25A DCDC charger on my battery box and have been really happy with it. So I ordered the 40A one to go in the camper and eventually upgrade to lithium in it when the AGM batteries die. But so far I'm very happy with all my iTechworld products!
