Game changer. Unit is powerful and very quiet. It’s like having a get set in the back of the car. Brilliant easy to use controls with very clear screen. If I had one improvement suggestion it would be to design the system to be able to use 240v while charging off the car. I imagine it’s a engineering and heat management limitation as it provides all other outputs while charging, but would make it even better. Highly recommend regardless as an alternative to a second battery in your engine bay.

Just installed an Ibis4 aircon and upgraded my inverter to an i tech 3000watt inverter , i have 3x120x Batteries and 1000watts of solar regulated by 2 x 30amp itech regulators. Batteries can be charged up on 240v itech 40amp BC however i have only needed to use my Solar to charge the batteries. With solar it takes about 2 hours to charge them back up from 75% and about 3-5 hours from 45 - 50%. Aircon will run on the batteries for anywhere from 3-10 hours depending on outside ambient temp. I installed the DCDC 40amp charger as i previously had trouble with sufficient power from my former auxiliary battery to power the Waeco fridge/freezer. I replaced the initial system i had installed in the tow vehicle and it allowed to connect to a Itech 1420 cranking battery and an Itech 54amp hour battery. This will allow greater freedom when free camping.

I have this 3000 inverter in my van behind my set it works great, it runs anything you plug into it. I have 2 120 Am batteries running the inverter and everything in my van fridge freezer tv ect. I also use my van for work on building sites when there’s no power on site it’s a bless to have for the tools that are not battery operated. Iv just ordered 2 more batteries for when we go bush and a solar panel. But you need to up the battery cables to 0 to get the best power out of the inverter

Fantastic unit, great price and fast delivery. Highly recommend. Only down side was I had a washer make contact with the small circuit board on the back of the shunt causing a short and failure of the unit. Totally my fault, and screen still operational, but not with the shorted out shunt. I installed the 120X Pro into my 2015 LC200. I wrapped the battery in some reflective windscreen corflute material to keep the heat down in the engine bay. I am running a Redarc 1240D BC-DC charger to charge the lithium battery. I run the 50L Waeco off this aux battery 24/7 and can get about 4 days without a charge. Easy swap with old AGM batteries. So far they have performed well but I will have to give them a decent go when next we are free camping. Connection bolts could be a bit longer as it is tricky to bolt two large lugs to one terminal. Use your old bolts if they are the same thread.

Well built unit. Feels solid and well made, compact enough to be easily mountable and the pre installed Anderson plugs on the inputs/output make installation so much easier and neater. Have seen a maximum of 30 amps charge so far into my lithium battery but it was only about 10% discharged so I don't doubt that 40 amps would be possible into a more discharged battery. Overall, very happy.

Bought two of the 100 watt solar blankets. One to charge iTech lithium batteries for my trailer sailer and one to maintain 200 amp hours of lithium batteries in my caravan. Caravan easy as have an iTech 25 amp dual input bcdc 12 volt charger and all that was need was to plug it into an Andersen plug. When we go away in either the boat or caravan will take both blankets and there have 200 watts of charge. All too easy! Roger. Canberra

My first venture into lithium power with the iTech 1300P powerstation. I have bench trialled it with my Nespresso machine, which will possibly be the biggest 240 volt appliance I use on the road.
