The boots looked great, BUT I paid $15.00 for two day shipping and got the boots 6 days later. Would not have been a big deal but they were a Christmas gift for my wife and it was delivered after our special day of gift giving and receiving!! Was not happy with that at all. Also there was no customer service to handle the issue when I needed to reach out concerning the late arrival!! The shipping charge of $15 felt like a total scam!!
