The customer service is deplorable at TBB. Despite trying to cancel my order the very first day that I was notified that it would take 40 days, the company still shipped an order. The order took more than 40 days to ship. I tried multiple times to cancel my order through all available means. I never received a reply except when I cont at the company through Facebook. The contact via Facebook was met with a horribly combative response and I was promptly blocked. I will never deal with TBB again b...

Not one to write reviews but first of all CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE! I was aware of the 10-40 day shipping policy but I received an email starting they have surpassed the policy and it will be taking longer. Keep in mind that’s 2 1/2 months later. In the email it stated if you would not like to wait we will issue a refund. I sent 3 emails requesting a refund no response. I didn’t receive the boots till 3 1/2 months later.
