The boots look amazing and smell just as good! There is no insole just the hard boot bottom. Surprisingly they are fairly comfortable. I wouldn’t want to be in them all day. But for a few hours no issues. Not thrilled with customer service, my boots took 12 weeks so at 11 weeks I emailed customer service as I couldn’t find a phone number to get an update. They never got back to me. A week later I got a notification my boots were shipping.
