Since I started using Protein Pouf, I've noticed a big difference in my hair. It's gotten longer, stronger, more shiny, the breakage has reduced, and it stays moisturized for days! Got one for my mom and one for myself. We are both diabetics so the ingredients were perfect for us. My mom says that she’s seeing less shedding and I’m seeing faster hair growth and thicker hair. Appears to be new growth forming in areas I lost hope in ever growing back.
This stuff is working out well.
Once I learned the type of hair I have (Low porosity / 3B-ish) , the maintenance / upkeep has gotten better.
I tend to apply the products at night and then put a satin/ silk scarf on so my hair can take its time soaking up all the lovely nutrients needed.
That seems to be working out for me.
Like anything else, consistency and patience is key.
