It is very easy to use. Easy to recharge. The Ultra mode takes the most power. I am doing the cold- pulse - then ultra. Let unit sit for a minute between. So about 25 minutes per foot. It took about 7 weeks until I saw a change in my "Clouded Nails" on my right foot. All excempt my toe.
I know the fungus is leaving because I see the back half of ALL my nails clear. And the front half is now crumbling and allowing the clear nails to grow. Into about 11 weeks now.
I Know this Works but would suggest to keep ordering and replace the Red & Blue oils.

For several years I have had fungus on some of my toes. My left large toenail has been black for a year - looks like it is bruised but it is fungus. I used the liquid remedies, painting my toes every day - no change. I was very skeptical, so much as I did not take a before photo. After 2 months my nails are almost back to normal. This stuff really works. I've used all kinds of pills and ointments over the years, and nothing has made as rapid or as noticeable a difference as my Pentachom laser and laser accelerators have. That being said, you have to be patient (as in months duration) and consistent (as in daily use) to really see a change. So far, it's been worth every penny.

I have been using the device for about 1 month. The nails that were not as bad show great signs of improvement. The nails that have had the fungus for years are most likely going to take longer to heal. The fungus is better around the nail and cuticles have firmed up.
