I have always had long, thick hair and never needed to wear extensions. However, due to menopause and bleaching, the sides of my hair have thinned significantly. My thinning hair has been a source of much dismay. Having recently tried glue in tapes which caused a lot of damage I was not knowing what to do about my embarrassingly, thin, fine hair.
