These were a great match for my hair and looked fabulous in! However I had a problem, after a couple of wears, with the clips and the extensions kept falling out! Customer service were super, replied within a couple of hours eventually, after many discussions and a video sent to them, it was decided I had faulty clips so they refunded my money without question! I am going to order again in the near future but giving it some thought first!
