Very useful colour match service. Ordered several of the colour match samples and chose the 1 that was closest to my natural hair colour. Ordered the coffee biscuit wire extension. Arrived next day. Perfect colour match for my hair and good quality hair.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the hair packaging. It is squashed up using a net rather than arriving flat in a box. The hair did have a few kinks in it. Useful to have different length wires. Would recommend this company.

These extensions are a beautiful colour I loved them unfortunately they don’t stay in I think the grip needs to be longer they just fall out of my hair even if I backcomb it I think my hair must be too fine to hold them in. The quality is excellent so really suitable if your hair holds them in unfortunately mine doesnt

I love the extensions. The colour matches my hair perfectly and the quality is really good. The only problem I have is that, because the rest of my hair is so fine, I can’t wear it down even with the extensions in because they’re very heavy and thick and look ridiculous on me. . Clearly these kind of extensions are not for me; I probably need a wig or topper.

These are pretty good. The hair is a little shiny, but I'm sure after washing once this may be less. They go in easiy and stay there (even with very fine hair). I love the darker roots. For me, my hair is so fine, it doesn't completely solve the problem, but what it does do for me, is that when I put my hair in a pony tail with these clipped in, it looks like I have more hair at the sides, and the pony tail is thicker, so I'm really pleased with them.

The hair itself is amazing quality, soft and luxurious, I fitted the smaller wire but it came off, so went for the longer wire and it sat comfortably on the nape of my neck. I’ve tried a few different extensions, this is definitely the most comfy and the one I feel most confident in. I used to have really thick hair but it started to thin when I turned 40, this doesn’t show through my hair and even my 18 year old daughter who is extremely blunt and will tell me when something looks bad, said it looks really natural. I have red hair so I bought the blonde colour and dyed it.
It seems to have gone through this process well.
