Opened up this project to complete with my son on mother's day weekend while he was home from university. We had a great time. He did the acrylic pour and it's art. If the kit had included the clock numbers (which were missing) I think it would look better since I don't have steady hands & the painted on numbers look messy. Rating would have been higher if the kit had included everything it was supposed to come with, but still enjoyed the process of making.

Overall the candles were fun to make! My husband and I were really impressed with how the geometric ones turned out for just using paper as a model and mine leaking! I think we were missing some dye chips so we put our own twist on it and it was still fun!

It's a fun project but it didn't come out great. I didn't understand the ramifications of not getting the bubbles all out. There were a few on the edge of the tray and they popped while drying so are not sharp and would catch things. I also didn't realize that if any of the flowers were not pressed down that they would make it so the bottom would be uneven and rough and could scratch any surface it sits on. I was unable to get the bubbles out so that's disappointing. It would be helpful to have...
