It works perfectly in my BMW Series 3 2018! I did all what is shown in tutorial and everythimg is perfect. If you have no AUX output you can have functional your armrest USB. You can plug in carplay into armrest USB.

Purchased 12 months ago and has been a great upgrade to the car. Would be hard to go back to regular NBT Idrive system. Install was easy making sure to follow steps provided by Hifimax. Support from the company has been great and emails have been returned promptly by Paul @ hifimax, thumbs up..! Unit fitted to an F10 and although have my seat set far back, can still reach the screen when using touch options. I did try an aftermarket front Cam however the reliability of connection was poor as ADA...

Exceeded our expectations! Our 2018 BMW X1 is so much more enjoyable with Apple Carplay. We opted for wireless and don't regret it (although wired would've been fine). And the original 6.5" screen worked extremely well. We had thought a screen upgrade might be necessary, but definitely not so. Paul's video instruction and feedback before the shipment arrival made a huge difference and made the installation easy. Very happy and highly recommended the product.

I had it installed by a professional, tested GPS, radio, idrive, wifi, USB, all work fine and I am very satisfied with this purchase so far. The screen is so clear, touch screen works great, being that it's an android unit, you can install many apps, for me it's worth the money for this purchase.

The screen looks and sounds great. It works great. I ordered the BMW e60 ccc and since my car has the businesslike module with browser and so on, it took a lot for all the wiring to fit in when installing it. Initially it looked off-center, but that was just a configuration problem.
