I pre-ordered this item and waited for it to arrive. I received an empty bag. I notified the company and they asked for photos of the packaging. I sent the photos but this still has not been resolved. The package was not damaged or opened when I received it so I know this was Oodie’s error and not the post office.

This was my 2nd OODIE. The material in this one is not nearly as soft as the first one I got from you. Thank God I got it on clearance, but it was still expensive. I will wear it but like I said it is not cuddly and snuggly like my first purchase. It will be my back up when my good one is in the laundry.
