I would recommend Modern Auto Parts to everyone. I ordered the part online on a Saturday morning and had the part delivered early on the Wednesday. This was after I went to every spares place in East London and could not find it. I am extremely happy with their service.

Good service the courier is just a prolong process. I will suggest send the parcel from Cape Town to Joburg then Kby Prieska. Because CPT Upington Joburg is too long for me.

Product is 100% , but delivery was a complete disaster , this is the second time we bought a pump from Modern auto Parts and in both cases you had to send a second pump as the first one did not reach our delivery address

Very tight fit, But does the job. Moderate shipment time, maybe because it was festive and holiday season, but I still believe you could do better. Overall I'm happy now I have fitted the brake pads spring retainer clips on my VW T5 kombi.

Ordered my parts online, got my Black Friday discount, was kept up to date regards delivery and received the parts a few days after placing order. Parts fitted easily and made a huge difference to the ride quality of my Jeep. Service was outstanding and I will definitely make use them again.

My ratings are based on the professionalism of Modern Auto Parts. They promptly delivered the part I ordered CRA017. Unfortunately for me, this is the incorrect part for my Mazda Drifter 4X2 Double Cab 2.5 Diesel year 2006. The gas strut is actually the wrong description on the website. It's doesn't fit on an amarok but for a canopy. However the service i received to replace it was brilliant. Replaced for a air filter and bought an oil filter with fantastic service. Highly recommend !!! And will be buying again.

Modern auto parts was great and friendly service. They do fail to relay that they themselves are waiting for the spares to arrive and thus turning a 2 day postage time to a 5 day delay which comes with no warning whatsoever. If they work on their customer relations this company could be the best in automotive spares suppliers.
