I was so impressed by how quick the process was. I loved the updates to see where the blanket was up to with being made and shipped. The photo printed onto the blanket looks exactly like the photo I sent through and I loved the variety of background designs I was able to choose from. Shipping was also very quick considering I live in Australia. The material of the blanket is so soft. Very impressed and my mum loved her Mother’s Day present. These are just two of our many picture mugs. We have 3 dogs and 3 adult children. I’m pretty sure each of the kids have 2 mugs each with their favorite dog.
What sets these mugs apart from many other companies are that the picture is not a photograph. It’s a hand drawn drawing of your animal and before mug is sent to you you get to approve the drawing and make any changes if you have any.
