I can't get a hold of support. The phone number on my credit card statement isn't connected. I received "a" ring 3 weeks after I expected it and it was the wrong ring. I have tried to return it, but only received a single message from support with an apology and for me to send a picture of the wrong ring. I should have known something was up with it wouldn't let me pay with Paypal. It's a lot of money and extremely frustrating to deal with.
