I was a little hesitant to buy this but I'm so glad I did. We have kids and ALWAYS had a drying pad on the side of our sink, taking up a ton of counter space. You can lay this across one side of your sink, fold it to the size you need (it will fold over at least 2 more time for something like a cup). Then throw it in the dishwasher if it's dirty. I wash my fruits and veggies on it too. I am really glad I bought it and will probably buy some for friends too to give as a gift!

Perfect for Wonton Soup! Okay so I absolutely love Wonton soup that I started making my own at home but it can be sooo time consuming just to do the filling part all by hand so I used these dumpling makers to help and it cut my filling process almost in half! Worked great with gluten free potsticker dough. Definitely speeds up the process of making potstickers! Since I was using a gluten free dough that is a bit stickier than the store bought potsticker wraps I did have to make sure to put rice flour on the edges so that my dough wouldnāt stick to the mold. Using the mold probably saved me 30 minutes of crimping the edges.
