contacted support cause i ordered the wrong size and was told it would be changed. received it and it had not been changed. on the bright side it looks exactly as pictured.

If a zero stars was an option that would definitely be my first choice, absolutely horrible customer service saw this case on AliExpress for a dollar I ordered a month ago and it now coming. Would of never ordered from someone like this if I had enough common sense please be aware that ordering from this person is not a good idea and you will probably never get your item that you paid for.

It's really cute and soft, however, the floppy ear has some really weird stitching full of little holes and the floppy ear looks kind of stubby. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be this way. It also has a very strong chemical smell, so I'm going to try to air it out for a while. Other than that, it's a wonderfully sized super plush pillow.

I cannot give an accurate review because it has not arrived yet. Edit: I ordered a large and I thought the sleeves would cover my hands. However I guess there’s a difference between my large and a Japanese large oops. Other than that the quality was good ya get what you paid for.

I got my cinnamoroll cushion after waiting two to three weeks for it. I didnt really get much updates as to where my package was at. A little frustrating but im happy i got my cushion. :)

Overall it looks exactly like the image but mine has all these little scratches that you can notice even from a little distance. On closer inspection there’s more and like I know it’s gonna get beat up in my pocket from time, I just wish it already wasn’t.

so it’s really fuzzy and warm and comfortable, but the fabric is thin and there are a bunch of things that are different about the product received and the product advertised.. but it’s cozy..
