Rating based on the product, 5 stars for me, came in good condition and feels great, looks exactly as advertised. HOWEVER, if you are going to order from this company it will take some time, I waited nearly a month for this and I live only a few hours from where it was shipped from. So if you’re willing to wait, it’s worth it, if you aren’t, find another seller.

ITS LEGITT the case took a few weeks to come but since i bought it through shopify i was able to track its exact location and man it looks so cuteee the case it’s self is good quality so are the pictures on the back, the camera cover is plastic and the mirror isn’t real glass obviously but you can still see your reflection i love it so much great for the price !!!

I cannot accurately review this product either because it has not arrived yet Edit: my only critique is that there is some dirt on the parts. But other than that I love this chair! It’s comfortable and so cute, I feel cute on my pc! I’m also grateful that the chair came with the tools you will need to put it together. Be warned the instructions are in Japanese. I don’t speak it and I accidentally assembled the chair backwards. But if you’re a smart person you will have no issues. Great buy money...

I ordered the wrong size for myself, and the support people were so lovely that they were going to send me the new size and let me keep the original! I can't wait for it to arrive. As for the skirt, the fabric is stiffer so that it will hold its shape, but that also means it's not a stretchy material, for those looking to buy so you can take that into consideration for the sizing. Overall great product and lovely people to work with.
