I placed my order on November 9, 2023 with intentions of giving my son the snack box for his Christmas present. It is January 20, 2024, and it still hasn’t arrived. If I would have known it would take over 2 months to receive it, I would have never ordered it, especially when the order said shipping was 3-5 days. I have sent multiple emails to the company and they always tell me they will look into it. I am frustrated and will never order from this company again. Very disappointed!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I order 6 snack boxes that never arrived and were never shipped. I contacted the company multiple times, once actually getting a response that said they’d be shipping the next week. They didn’t. I requested a refund several times. No response. Eventually I had to contact my bank and dispute the charge. Either this business is a total scam or unfathomably incompetent. Either way, never buy anything from them.

The box took months to get thats no joke. Not a mth but mths. Then when I tried to call this place there was no number to call emails forget that I never got anything back from these people. The package well we still don't have it. Because I kept trying to change the delivery address and couldn't get anyone from the company to email, text, call , speak to whatever . My hopes were high when I made the purchase. After ordering from other exotic shops I wanted to give RareMunchiez a chance with the surprise box. It did take a while to ship and not 2-5 days as stated on the site. Once received unfortunately I was disappointed in the choices. I received a few individual packs of smashed Oreos, two chocolate bars that appeared as old chocolate once opened, one gummy Candy, grape Fanta soda tabs and a bag of Ketchup Lays.

Ordered 3.5 weeks ago. Received partial order last week. No tracking on the remainder of order. I’ve contacted support by email and chat with no response. Terrible customer service follow through. This is my 2nd time ordering and the last. First order was perfect (last year) so not sure what changed but lack of response and almost a month for an order to possibly ship is not acceptable. Funny how you want me to review a box that hasn't even arrived yet. Do not order from this company unless you are willing to wait a month to get it. I wanted to give this to my granddaughter for Christmas and it still has not arrived. I cannot review something that I do not have.
