Absolutely love it. I was sent the wrong size and was sent the correct one. They did not ask me to return the incorrect one and I offered to send it back. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend this company

The tree was great. Only issue was the layout of the names as we have three kids, two married with three kids each. Wish There was a way to lay out the names as per the order of the family tree. Perhaps next time. Am thinking of ordering a bigger size. But am happy with the size ianc fits the space I have hanged it in. Do you have ones made in white? Thank you again. Loved everything I have ordered.

I love our little Fantail Heart Piwakawaka hanging at our entrance way. So fine and delicate. We have them flying around here every day.. my favourite bird. Came well packaged.. thank you.. looking forward to purchasing another new peace.

Absolutely beautiful. I have purchased this for a wedding present and I cannot wait to gift it. Its going to be a beautiful piece of decor in their home. Well recommended and the detail is amazing! Thanks

Absolutely love our name board we got made for our American Bulldog Tovah, it looks exactly like her from beind. She knows where here harness is now & will go to her name board when it's walk time. Very quick service & beautifully made. Thank you

Bought as a birthday present for my niece. Delivered the next day which was super quick. The jewellery box looks great in the green. It’s well made and the compartments make it very early for use. Great experience all round from start to finish. Thank you!!

My friends live overseas and haven't been back home to New Zealand for some time. The two waves remind me of the Pacific Ocean meeting the shores of the Indian Ocean. Nothing like a bit of New Zealand to bring you closer to your roots 😊💯

Such a cute way for us to remember our fur baby who recently passed away. She will take a place on the fence in our garden and we can look over at her with lots of love xx

The order came really fast and was well packaged to protect the wall art. I can't comment on the family tree art as it is a present and hasn't been given yet.

It is beautifully made and is stunning. A bit more flimsier that I thought it would be but we just have to take extra care with it. I love it 💕

Purchased as a birthday gift for my cousin who lives in San Antonio, Texas. All pieces that I ordered arrived on time before her birthday and were packaged and labelled carefully. They looked exactly like the website photos and ordering via their website was a breeze. My cousin absolutely loved them and repacked them to travel back to the States with her. If you're looking for a little bit of kiwiana for your whānau living away, I would highly recommend Whimsic.

Ordered 2 of these and despite them being personalised, they were ready and sent in super fast time so we could give them to our friends who were visiting. Beautifully engraved and such good quality!

Whimsic staff were so helpful to the point of doing "Mock Ups" so I could get an idea what they would look like. Delivered on time Have not yet given my Neices their gifts but know they will love them🙂

It was a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law who use to own a bach in the Marlborough Sounds. She was stoked with it as had her favourite birds and plants. She will hang in her home in Plimmerton & it will remind her of all her Sounds memories. Sorry no photos yet.

This was a surprise gift for my husband, and he just loves it. He was quite blown away by the quality and design. Its 5 o'clock somewhere is so him,I told him. He hasn't quite decided where he is going to put it yet...descion, descion it's going to have to be right. Thank you so much. 👍🙂 Lorna

This is the third piece I have bought from you and have not been disappointed- I have given all of them as gifts and everyone has loved them! Thank you for the special little notes that come with each piece 😊

My purchase/gift is packed on my bag to take to San Diego, a gift for our daughter-in-laws birthday. Will send a pic when it is up on the wall next to the other Whimsic purchases.

Unfortunately my first order broke on unpacking. I expressed my opinion to the lovely Lady at Whimsic. She decided after hearing my story, to post me another one. She went above and beyond. I highly recommend this peice, but be very careful with it, as it is indeed very fragile. The photo I have supplied says it all. It looks awesome on my spare bedroom wall. Everyone who has seen it makes a compliment. We'll done on your product and customer service Whimsic.

So happy with the white stingray I got from you looks amazing .Thank you so much I will be ordering more stunning wall art from you and shown your beautiful work to family and friends .Have a wonderful Christmas regards a Robyn morgan.

I got this gift card for my friend who’s tricky to buy for, and it was the perfect solution! Whimsic has such an amazing selection of unique pieces that everyone can find something they’ll love. I think letting her choose personally something that speaks to her was the best gift. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to give a meaningful, flexible present!

Sorry - I'll need to send some pics when we head around to see it hung on our families wall. Appreciate the incredible service and help in getting this made and we totally will be ordering again soon. Have a wonderful day team

We love our wedding sign!! Perfect layout of our names and wedding date on a lovely wood colour. Very well made and light so it will be easy to transport and to hang up on the wall after. Thanks!

I brought this as a gift for a friend and she just loved it. She is renovating and will put itup as soon as she's finished. I will be looking for some more pieces too. Very impressed and it is different!

I'm buying some for 6 of my children and add their wife's and children as a forever gift for their tree I just love them they look good on our tree

Excellent craftsmanship and the lucky bride and groom loved it however was damaged in transit but that's ok it's still loved and with such a delicate and intricate item can see how easily it would happen

Was purchased for a 40th Birthday gift!! She loved it!! Was a little thinner than I was expecting BUT still stunning very happy and look forward to purchasing more in the future.

We really love our the wall art we purchased but unfortunately we broke a couple of pieces when trying to hang them (our mistake) so we have ordered another set to be delivered.

I bought these as a gift for my pot plant loving neice! was nice to find something different to give, while still being fun and cute. They were well recieved. Good quality too.

I am so pleased with these, they add the final finish to my hallway which has been a work in progress. Everyone that visits comments on how beautiful they are and remark on the quality.

Beautiful wall art that is top quality and looks great. This was my second purchase and I couldn't be happier with it. Will definitely be buying more! Highly recommend these products. Terrific service too.

My son in law loves the map of Samoa. The New Zealand one is coming home with us to Australia for a 70th birthday gift. Great work we love them both

Just love my special Christmas 🎄 tree ornament it is so special with all our grandchildren’s names. Can’t wait to hang it on our tree this year and for many years to come. So very special and beautifully made. Thank you Whimsic ❤️

Absolutely love it! I bought it for my son and daughter-in law, the only thing he wasn’t too happy putting them up with blu-tac on his new walls!

I ordered the earring stand & 2 of the wall flower sets, all are in use and look great, I bought the black ones. They were delivered within the stated time frame, I would buy from this firm again.

This is the text I received after my friends received the gorgeous personalised round for their new baby girl. . "Oh my goodness...we just opened the package. It's absolutely incredible. We love it so much!! It's actually the first thing we have with Isabel's name on it. Thank you sooooo much!"

I loved the memorial ornament.' I love that its hand made and it will mean so much to my sister who has just lost her "shadow" Really lovely work. Will recommend your company to others.
