I like the Maren necklace because it reflects the sparkly quality of the snow here when it first falls—a good several inches—and no one has walked on it. It sparkles in our pale sun. I also tried to show in this picture colors that are common in the northern midwest winter, which might seem drab but I view as merely subtle. Of course, a kitty is walking across that snow!
