Sole is hard with no cushion. Especially under the ball of the foot, it's just hard and flat. Heel has very little cushion and the shoes caused bad leg pain and knee pain. Way overpriced for shoes worse than Walmart. I had to wear them to learn how much they hurt, so of course they won't take them back. Very expensive to have to throw away.

I ordered this pair to be a general-purpose casual shoe. For a serious running/walking shoe, I need the heavier support of a more cushioned shoe. For that I will be trying one of your other styles, probably pretty soon. I get compliments on the great purple color when I wear these shoes. I would definitely consider ordering again, either this style or one of your others.
