I order size 8 it's was big on me So I text or chat with customer serverce..and they keep saying send return label through my email.. I NEVER Got it..with few time my complaints or asking.. So, I really wanted to like these shoes.. but, I am returning them. There is nothing wrong with them, they just don't work for me personally. I ordered my usual size in shoes, and they do fit.. but the toe is very roomy, like my foot slides a bit when I am walking, but also my toe is at the end of the shoe, so I dont think I could get a size down.
