Seems sensitive to curves less than 19”. Doesn’t like 9.75” or 11” at all. 17” depends on what it’s coming from. Straight to 17” and it tips if towing long units. 17” to straight seems okay. Nice loco, runs great at really low speeds. Got a few days of reworking a number of 11” and 17” curves into 19” curves. Need to do it for a couple of steam engines anyway, but really a pain in the rear. Has no problems with all the Atlas turnouts, both the old ones and the new ones.

Painting a new landscape with Gypsolite hides the base layer, be it plywood or plaster cloth, and adds a realistic random texture to the landscape. You can still add whatever ground foam, static grass or shrubbery you want. It's important to add color to the Gypsolite before applying, unless you want hints of a light snowfall everywhere.

I am very pleased - Well worth the wait! Athearn Genesis 2.0 details & paint are really well done: AC4400’s rotating bearing caps do look good, with a packet of spare caps included.

All are very nice and run smoothly. The interiors are very nice. The business car is exceptional. Nice clear paint and the decorating in the interior makes the car much more prototype. It runs very smoothly, and the lighting and finger touch control are very nice. It is easy to add figures to really make the interior come alive.

The bridge kit was very easy to build and adapt to specific situations. I would purchase again if needed. The wood was easy to stain and cut to fit specific needs. This was perfect for my 1940s-1950s era in a rural setting.

The model is very detailed. The documentation is lacking in the respect of adding a keep alive capacitor and speaker specs. However, Broadway Limited Support has been extremely helpful with this information. I have not run the models as the Capacitor has not been installed yet.

They business car looks great, exactly what I expected. I havent tried the electronics yet. My Decoder Pro wouldnt boot up when I fired it up to test the car. Be a couple of days before I do that. I was disappointed having to wait from 5/2024 to 7/2025 for delivery but I realize it was out of your control. Also, out of your control was the $4.00 price addition after making a deposit for a certain price. However, it's too small a price to make a big deal about. Anyway. I cant wait to see how the...

This was fun, if a bit complicated. All the parts went together easily, and the electronics worked as promised. The kit will work best on top of a structure. The biggest challenge was cutting the 1/4" x 1" slots in the layout top and the electrical backboard to accommodate the large connector that links the sign to the electronics. It would be easier to mount the sign on top of a structure, and place the electronics inside. Still, I'm glad I made the purchase. It's a great conversation starter. ...

This is a nice built-up with some good detail. The interior is easy to see and interesting. What'a nice about this is not just that it is built, but that it has some figures, a bench and other extras that normally would not be in a kit and you'd have to purchase/make/add separately. A nice addition to my street.

I was very much into cars in 1958 and this particular body style of Chrysler products of the era was very exciting in that the cars looked as if they were moving at 60 mph while standing still. This model is typical AMT, meaning it is beautifully crafted and a joy to just look at and wonder how the artist/engineers at AMT can constantly create these master works.

This Kato UP excursion train 7 car set is very cool. Looks great behind my Kato UP 4014 Big Boy. I also added the water tenders 809 and 814 along with a SD70M flat radiator UP 4015 to complete the consist.

I like this flex track for use in hidden areas that I can lay down a perfect piece with no adjustments needed. Its just like laying down a standard straight track with the bump outs for pins & everything so there is little effort needed. If I need to make custom sizes I would use the Atlas flex track or Walthers if needed.

Great locomotive! Bought it for the chassis as I had a non-DCC unit in Pennsy. Was able to swap the bodies easily so now I have my DCC Pennsy and a non-DCC Milwaukie. Sound is good and I can run it with the sound in DC or DCC.

When installed correctly, the lighting kit does a great job in spreading the light evenly throughout the car. However, aligning the light with the lens required me to add a shim below the light to raise it up to meet the edge of the lens right under the roof of the car, else the light would miss the lens entirely and look awful in the car.

Looks just like the real thing. Having been in Silverton on the train or ATVing many times, I know just how the depot looks. I did however use JTT embossed pattern sheets, wood roof shingles, for the roof in place of the paper shingles. Looks way better. Used pictures from the internet for reference. Many views to look at.

WITHIN 18 MONTHS THE NP BOUGHT EXTRA A UNITS SO THEY DID NOT HAVE TO TURN THE POWER TO CHANGE FROM EAST TO WEST RUNNING. THEY RAN THAT WAY UNTIL THE LOWEY PAINT SCHEME WAS USED IN 1954. I was trying to kitbash a shed that is located in the Durango yard in Colorado. I thought the Pikestuff enginehouse kits would be perfect. The parts in the kits fit together very well and the price point is great. The difficulty I had was trying to figure out exaclty how things go together. The instructions are vague at best. I watched a few you tubes and put a little creativity to use. When I finished, the shed was about as close to creating what I wanted without scratchbuilding it.

Beautiful locomotive, installed a 21pin Loksound v5 decoder. These stealth series locomotives are truly plug and play, just dropper in a decoder, the preinstalled speakers sound nice, no crackling/vibrations. Little bit of programming and this locomotive is running great!
