Disappointed in customer service. Within a few hours of placing my order I received an email from you announcing a sale where this unit was offered for $12 less than I paid for it (I did purchase it at a discounted price). I asked for the new sale price since I had just ordered it but was refused. I then found it listed by a competitor for$28 less than I paid. I’ll be doing more research before I buy in the future.

It worked well once you got it hooked up but it seems a wire thicker than a hair could have been used. Definitely challenging especially when working underneath a layout.

I bought the T 1. It is a fine model. Runs great. Sounds great. Pulls well. 20 cars on the flat. But, the smoke unit does not work at all. The T 1 needs to be replaced. I could go to BLI and try to get it fixed but i'd have to wait and wait and wait to get it back. I have a lot of BLI products, but "service" is a big issue I have with them. And getting an "RA" return approval is not easy to do especially on line. How do I get a replacement for the T 1?

It is great that BLI has finally introduced the smoke feature in its N scale steam engines. I love the fact that this locomotive is rich in detail, runs very well, and has rich sounds. What would make it even better will be the addition of sound synchronized puffing smoke, similar to BLI's HO scale locos.

This is a nice running locomotive. I installed a Soundtraxx Tsunami decoder. A speaker was factory installed, but I could barely hear it. I installed a Scale Sound Systems speaker. I chose one that required removing the cab interior, no big loss for me. The sound is now amazing! I docked my review by one star because of the speaker and the extra steps involved in setting up a non-factory decoder.

Great details and heavy unit. Excellent paint scheme and very crisp too. Front and rear hoses on unit is great, sound is also great and loud. I'll have to turn it down. Front and rear red lights, when in forward the rear red lights are lite. In reversr the front red lights are lite.

This Broadway steam engine is the ultimate B6sb HO scale model. This has been done in the past by others, but never to the level of this detail or accuracy. I also love all of the lighting effects, the DCC sound and keep alive capacitor lets the model run for at least 5 seconds or more after it’s turned off, and the addition of the fan driven smoke effects which are an added bonus. Highly recommended. As always Broadway does not disappoint.

The 1941 Lincoln Continental Convertible is beautifully detailed and accurately represents its full-sized counterpart, including the Darian Blue paint color, which is spot on. The paint colors are accurate to the original. It fits right in with my 1940s to 1950s train layout.
