I ordered 12 of the Carolina Sapphire Cypress trees. They were shipped promptly and arrived in about 5 days. The trees were potted in groups of two pots and in a large cardboard box. Some of the pairs were upright and about half were upside down. I removed each tree from the pot and there was absolutely no damage. Arrived on schedule and was packaged very well. The Italian Cypress looks great and appears to be healthy. My only issue is that I ordered a tree between 4' and 5' and the one I received is about 3.5' - I was replacing one that froze and ordered the size that would fit the space it left, so this one is shorter than its counterparts. But as long as it stays healthy it will eventually catch up.

The plant is gorgeous and came in wonderful condition! However, the plastic pot it’s in came completely cracked open and there was dirt everywhere 😔 I had to use duct tape to hold it together and wrapped it in plastic. I know it will be so difficult to repot so I’m not sure what to do now

Wry nice plant and wrapped extremely well! But they must be measuring from the ground up in order to get to 27-35 inches. That’s sort of like a bag of chips. Half the bag is air. Half the container is dirt adding to the height!

Tree came boxed up very nice. No damage that I can see but the limbs look a little frail some with few leaves. Hopefully some sun and a little LTC and she will be alright. This is a replacement for my current Jacaranda because it took a hit this winter when it got down to 25 degrees and froze the top of it. It’s coming back but not sure how it will look.

The plant's foliage is quite a bit smaller than expected. The leaves are 1 to 1.5 inches long, which is about 1/3 of the size of a standard Schefflera Arboricola. Unfortunately, the description didn't make this clear, so I was hoping for something a bit larger. Size aside, each 2-gal pod contained multiple well-aged plants with interesting/curved trunk shapes. Leaves are a nice green color with yellow highlights. Definitely a winner if you are looking for something small.

my flame grass i ordered (1gal. 1-2ft) plant arrived about 2inches out of soil… i was disgusted to think it wud have even been put in the box to ship to me. tried calling. to no avail. now keep sending emails for a review, which i had deleted at first. the red fountain grass i ordered (same 1gal size) with it was absolutely beautiful! i couldn’t believe how beautiful one was sent and how horrid the other was sent!
