This is my second purchase and I was absolutely blown away by my first purchase of the ficus Tineke-it was pristine, far bigger and better than expected so I was disappointed that this ficus came covered in whitefly eggs and whiteflies and dropped many completely yellow or brown leaves upon arrival. I’m still happy with the size and the tree that is left and would still purchase again!

So first time I purchased from you. The box they came in had been damaged and a lot of the dirt was displaced. Personally I think if they had been placed upright instead shipped on their side they may have done better. Last we thought for the money they would have filled the 1 gallon pots more.

We were supposed to receive our tree Thursday then Friday and we finally got it on Sunday. It was so dry and had lost 80 percent of its leaves. We are babying it right now in hopes that it will survive. Before all is said and done it will lose all of its leaves as they are still falling off.
