I am most pleasantly surprised. First off, I will only buy potted plants and trees. The bare root trees often die at about 50%. And, these trees were much larger than I imagined, the price was so good I was expecting little itty bitty trees! These look great and go in the ground tomorrow. Thank you so much for your product and service. I order trees every spring as I can afford them, and for sure next year I will be ordering more from you.

I'm delighted that I selected this plant. It just the right height to start growing in my front yard. I did had concerns when I received the plant, when I got the plant out of the box, all the leaves were dried up. About half of the leaves fell off when I planted it. But after a couple of weeks the plant started growing back new leaves. To this date the plant is going just fine in this fall weather.

I love the plant, but not the delivery. The delivery was delayed a week and because the plant was without sunlight for more than a week, the leaves at the bottom of the plant all fell off. It took more than a week to nurse the plant back to health. It has begun growing leaves at the bottom again, but is doing so slowly.

It’s all good. The plant was delivered quickly, was in great shape and was wrapped well. I actually liked that the plant was wrapped in a plastic bag instead of a plastic pot. The bag held the moisture well around the roots and kept the plant together nicely and it was transplanted immediately upon arrival, so sending the plant in a pot was unnecessary. Good job! I received my raphis two weeks ago! I was a bit nervous about the condition of the plant when it arrived. However the leaves were ok but the stem was a bit crooked and so I had to place the stick next to it for support. However it seems to be doing ok.

Superlative! These are real trees and more than one in the 5 gal. container. The garden centers carry Areca palms but replacing a 20+ year old Kentia palm took some searching and the price and delivery were great too.Upsizing the pot has the measuring tape out again and on the stand it’s about a foot from the coffered ceiling.The western exposure through the top of the arched window will make for a happy plant.
