This product made my dermatitis so much worse after only a week! I asked to return it for a refund (since they offer a 60 day money back guarantee... or so they say) and instead they are telling me to try watering it down. Unfortunately, I refuse to keep putting it on my scalp. It's already made my scalp about 10 times worse than it ever was.

I guess I have a different kind of eczema. Mine causes itchy white bumpy dry skin. I’m just sad cause I was really hoping this would work but I bought the larger bottle :( I used it consistently and nothing.

I have used the product every two or three days, applying after a using a dandruff shampoo (not this brand as it was not offered yet) and leaving in for 3-6 hours each time. It makes my scalp feel amazing and gets rid of the itchy redness quickly. But it makes my hair so greasy and crusty I have to wash it out and am limited on wanting to apply it if I have plans for the day. I also have seen no reduction of flakes on my scalp, I may even have more as the flakes seem bigger. I am hopeful the fla...

After a recent diagnosis of Malassezia, I decided to give the Dermazen moisturizer a shot. However, I got a horrible reaction from it- my face turned bright red, hot, and looked like I had just gotten a sunburn. Unfortunately it didn't work out for me. I recognize that everyone's skin is unique, but I also contacted Dermazen to get a refund, like they mentioned that they can do on their FAQ, and have not yet heard back from them.

Loved the idea of this product and the natural ingredients but didn't work very well on me. To be fair, I have a combination of SD and a mild case of rosacea. I'm looking for something that will keep my SD in check (which presents itself on the creases of my nose when it flares up) AND tone down the pinkishness in the area to the left/right of my nose. My SD did not present itself while using this, however, it also didn't present itself while using the Restoraderm Cetaphil face lotion with oatme...

This product is something that in my opinion can only be used at night (it creates a greasy/congealed consistency to the hair). Immediately after putting it on my scalp at night, it doesn't feel great - it almost makes the scalp feel irritated and itch more. In the morning it itches too but once I shower the itch goes away... until of course it comes back in the afternoon/evening as SD tends to do. I love the natural ingredients but unfortunately it didn't work wonders on me like it did the othe...

A nice moisturizer with a serum-y texture. Calms my redness. Only wish is that it smelled nicer!

I use it as directed and I suppose it’s working. I use it in conjunction with my other products so I can’t say it’s standing out as the big holy grail. It’s also very liquid for a serum. The moisturizer feels more like a serum than the product with the word serum in it.

I have been using this product for almost a month and have not seen any changes. It is also rather tricky to use on my scalp because it is a liquid. It certainly was not worth the amount I paid, and I am very disappointed.

So Idk if I actually have seborrheic dermatitis but I thought I’d try this. My scalp doesn’t flake as much where the parts are but I still have some spots under my braid. Itching is the same. When I do scratch its comes up. This doesn’t dry up on my scalp kind of like a film and makes my hair hard even when I wet it before hand. I’m going to finish the bottle and see how it works but so far I don’t think I’ll repurchase.

It helps a little, the advice to remove any oil products from your treatment regime is very good! I have been using sea salt, witch hazel and dissolved aspirin, and that works better for me. I am really curious about adding arnica to the above concoction. Thank you!

I bought this to use on my scalp as I’ve been struggling with itchiness and scalp pain. I haven’t noticed a difference. It just makes my hair very oily and thick/matted down. I was hoping it would give my scalp a relief from the pain.

For the first 5 days it was ok, actually getting better and then my left ear got way worse. The sebo build up much thicker and then started to crack, so I stopped using it. It might depend on the type of skin or on certain skin areas because my left ear is completely covered with white build up while the right side ear and my cheeks look better.

I can’t tell if it’s helpful yet I think the high concentration of urea may be too strong and possibly the lactic acid .I feel more red when using it .

I have been using it for three weeks and I can see an improvement on my scalp and face. I would recommended it to others, as its natural ingredients aren't abrasive to the skin and works better than the common dermatological brands. The reason why I din't love it is because I hated the packaging. It leaks a lot when I shake it or when I travel; for the price I am paying, I would expect a lot better packaging for both products. Also, I would recommend then to improve the face serum formulation. ...

It has helped a bit with my scalp, but if I leave the product in for too long my hair starts to harden up like, I used gel.
