I think if you are super sensitive 1 patch + 2 pills is the perfect combo! Felt amazing and definitely helps to get rid of the toxins buildup much quicker. All the symptoms are on a level 2 scale Now the question is when will they make bottles of 50 tablets so it’s more affordable and accessible.

Some days it works really well, and some days not. Can’t seem to find a pattern, so I’m still a bit anxious when I drink, wondering if the tablets will work this time. One thing I can say for sure: In my experience, the patches do not work on me at all. However, the tablets sometimes do.
