My skin has always gotten incredibly red, hot, and uncomfortable/embarrassing for years after just a sip of alcohol (see pic). Now I can enjoy with no worries and finally feel liberated going out with friends and not have to think about how to cover it up best, how to regulate the temperature or if we can sit outside or not.I’ve gotten the best results washing the area with hot water before application, and eating 30 minutes before drinking.

Always experienced being flushed after drinking (as I am mixed-race with a Chinese mother). However, these tablets are a game-changer, I first tried the patches, which worked ok but I think the tablets are much better!! My heart doesn't race nearly as much as it used to and my glow / hot skin is reduced a lot - see the photo for me after a few mulled wines.

These are absolutely amazing. I've struggled with alcohol intolerance alcohol for years. After my first drink my face, neck and arms would turn bright red. I usually have 3 drinks before it becomes too uncomfortable and I'd have to change to water. I tried these last night and had absolutely no reaction at all. I couldn't believe it. Amazing product.

I was super skeptical because I saw this online and didn’t really know if it’d work. I purchased it just to give it a try and gave some to family and friends to try and tell me if it worked for them. It did! It worked, no red flush, no heart racing a million miles per second, I was able to enjoy a few drinks and not be red in the face or feel hot/warm body temp.

I don't drink anymore without iBlush -- aside from preventing a red rashy flush, I *feel* a lot better (even after just one or two drinks) if I take two of the tablets. I tried the patch and it works just as well for me, but prefer the ease of the tablets. I'm in the USA, so shipping takes a little longer, but it's always worth the wait. Now I just order in bulk. :)

Absolutely delighted with iBlush. I am amazed at how I can enjoy a cocktail or wine and no blushing occurs, before I used to blush often with alcohol as it makes my rosacea flare up. I take one tablet half an hour before I drink. Thanks iBlush, it's a great product!

A great accessory for Euro Summer! iBlush patches and tablets gave me the freedom to consume gigantic aperol spritz (like the one pictured) without so much as an inkling of a hangover the next day. The tablets, in particular, were super effective! I honestly love them and will be a return customer forever!! A srsly good life hack!

IT WORKS! Was slightly skeptical at first, but used it for the first time clubbing, and IT WORKS! Usually red and palpitations after 1 standard, but I was downing vodka shots and drinks and felt perfectly fine, was not red, and still enjoyed myself. Felt extremely sober at the end (after around 5-6 standards) and definitely will always have this on me now

After a night out with friends celebrating a birthday and having had a few beverages I’d usually be a red blotchy mess!! My cheeks would be rosy red and my neck would be a patchy red mess too! This is my 3rd pack of iblush. My partner really gets red after 1 shot of any alcoholic drink. But this thing saved our night outs. She can now drink as many as she wants without getting red. If we put the patch too late, she will still be blushing but after few minutes she will return to her original color. Unlike not having the patch, she will be blushing/red the whole time.

I am actually shook. I wasn't expecting these to work as well as they do. Usually, when I drink, my heart races, and my face and neck get super red. With two of these patches, I am good for a whole night of drinking. My heart doesn't race, and I don't get red.

100% impressed with iBlush! This picture was after having 5 small glasses of wine. Minimal redness! Minimal headache, heart did not race, and eyeballs not bloodshot! Redness wasn't bad. Going to try 3 pads next time to see if it will alleviate the headache. Worth every penny!

My bf bought these for me. The photo shows what I look like without patches, rash all over my body, pounding headache and I can't breathe properly through my nose. Normally I get extremely sick with just one drink. It starts off with hives all over my body and then severe shivering with 8hrs of just vomiting all night. This is me after 3 cocktails and 2 shared jugs with friends. No redness. I was skeptical and did a lot research into this before buying it. After using it, I can’t say how much I love this product. I was pretty sceptical but it really really worked. I’ve always been self conscious of how I get huge red patches on my neck and chest whenever I drink. The last four times I’ve drank and worn the patch I didn’t get a single red patch! I will be reordering. I still got a hangover though haha so I think it makes little difference to the morning after.

Honestly, I was very skeptical when I bought these. I saw them on TikTok, but I was also tired of looking like a tomato after literally 4 sips of alcohol. I bought a pack and the shipping (in the US) was very quick. I tried one and waited the instructed time before taking a shot. While the actual effects of the alcohol were not lessened, I was not as red as normal. I didn't get weird hives either! While I still got a little red, it was definitely better! Love these! Ordering more right now!
