Tried to order for a vacation and it took almost a week for any updates to the order at all. Around 5 days in I emailed for them to refund my order - they proceeded to "ship" the item 20 minutes before emailing me saying that "it had already been shipped, there was nothing they could do". It then took another day or two to even move from it's shipping location in China, and then took another handful of days to get here.
