Great rope. Little heavier and faster than my damage fight gear rope. Little slower than my thinner pvc speed ropes, but all in all it the one of my top favorites for all around jump rope use. Great for freestyle tricks, mic release and can even pull off triples (although a wire rope is better for that)

This is a great rope for boxers. It is light enough that you can skip fast and do double-unders, but heavy enough that it won't easily catch on your foot if you mess up slightly. Also, the weight provides a workout for forearms. Everybody at my gym who has tried it likes it.

It’s a solid jump rope, definitely easier to use and smoother. One negative which isn’t a deal breaker for me, is that I roll it up and use a hair tie to keep it together and it takes a few jumps before it fully untangles and gets to it full length. Until then, it still wants to revert back to being rolled up. Otherwise, a good rope

Love the marketing. Received it in a timely manner. Rope is the perfect weight although since there isn’t a ball bearing or other way of taking the brunt of the rope rubbing against the handles, I do worry about my rope wearing out prematurely.

This is my favorite rope I have ever owned! Super comfortable and effective. My grandson said he was happy for the replacement. He recommends making the rope, material thicker. The handle bars are good according to him especially with the tape. Overall, he really likes the rope.

However, I stalled in my tricks progress with the green 1/4 rope, especially in my quest to string together multiple double unders. I’ve been practicing Muay Thai and have tried several jump ropes, but I was never fully satisfied with any of them. Two years ago, I bought this Box rope, and the material quality is excellent. I primarily use it for speed and cardio, practicing various techniques such as criss-crosses, running steps, and high knees. Due to heavy usage, I recently bought my third one. I’m very happy with the product and highly recommend it.

Took a few weeks to use it to see how it held up. Many ropes are alright for a week or so, then start to tangle, kink, or wear down exc. This rope is absolutely perfect. The 2.8 oz -3.0 oz is a game changer from cheap $10 dollar ropes I always purchased. The moderate length handles and grip tape make for total control where I could adjust my hands in between tricks no problem. Most of all there is hardly any tangle after rolling it out of the bag.
