The bike feels well built and was easy to assemble. It was shipped in time and very well packaged. The manual could have been more detailed, but there is a video guide as well, which is very useful. My only wish is that the pedals would give more resistance, i.e a higher gear.

Bonjour 👋 Fonctionne parfaitement bien, dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de notice en français, le chargeur n'est pas ventilé il chauffe beaucoup je trouve, j’aurai préféré une couronne de 52 dents pour un meilleur pédalage, fourche avant qui tape en buté très souvent c’c'est dommage, sinon content de ma motovélo il à fier allure. Application sympa qui communique avec le display en Bluetooth.

’ve been riding Duotts bikes for a while, and I absolutely love them, they’ve never let me down! The E29 really surprised me. Since it has a single motor and is fully EU-legal, I was expecting a less exciting ride and lower specs. However, it packs a punch and still comes with all of Duotts’ great components and a beautiful paint job. Highly recommended!

Io ho comprato una Duotts F26 in uno dei loro venditori, Elle Gong, e devo ammettere che dopo avere segnalato un piccolo problema al comando del cambio Shimano, nel giro di una settimana mi è arrivato a casa il ricambio, sinceramente non pensavo di trovare questa efficienza ma devo ricredermi e aggiungo che sono un possessore contentissimo dell'acquisto.

Mon E26 est tout simplement fantastique! Duotts a fabriqué avec ce E26 un vélo electrique très haut de gamme et cependant à un prix plus que raisonnable au vu des éléments que le compose... Je ne peux que chaudement recommander cette machine à plaisir. De plus, le Service Clients Duotts est vraiment très réactif, même en dehors des périodes de garantie.

Im at 1100 miles on my c29 now i use it all the time to get me out and about exploring to beat the boredom and depression. Still running strong just the usual brake ware and adjustments needed and had a battery problem but the duotts team replaced it for me instantly and were very helpful

First of all , i have to mention how fast the bike was delivered to me. I ordered 08/03/26 and 13/03/26 was delivered in Germany. So far the bike is great, spectacular, strong and good quality of parts . It can be easily unlocked from 25 to 40km. My only concern is that the rear brake is not stopping well , i believe i will sort it out with some adjustments.

I bought a Duotts c29 max e-bike. I am very satisfied. I am 96 kg and 196 cm therefore I replaced the handlebar extension and seat tube with a 35 cm long Zoom spring tube and also changed the disc brakes with a Magura Storm Hc 180 mm. The bike is flawless, it needs good chain lubrication. I recommend the Muc-off e-bike dry lube type for it! I only ride it on bike paths on asphalt. I recommend the SunRace MFM30 7CS threaded freewheel, 7s, 13-28T. I have already replaced this with a kmc E8 chain...
