The website is based out of China. The product took at least 2 weeks to arrive from when I ordered it. I did receive it before Christmas, which was a a good thing. My granddaughter loved the hoodie!

I ordered this shirt today. Unfortunately I realized afterwards that the name is spelled wrong on the shirt. It should read „Fushiguro“ not „Foshiguro“. I mailed the problem to the service mail directly afterwards. I told them that I wanted to cancel my order unless the typo was fixed. Much to my surprise I received an answer to my complaint not even one hour after submitting the problem. They assured me that the typo would be fixed and I would receive the corrected version. A funny little shirt to add to the collection. The size fits correctly - however, I'd suggest going a size or 2 up. The material used for the shirt is decent, and the print seems durable. The perfect shirt if you're a Chainsaw Man/Kobeni enjoyer.

The hoodie itself is of great quality but I had issues with the printing being incorrect, however Pomel were kind enough to send a replacement (that also had messed up printing but it's not as bad) so I can't really complain.

Honestly the shirts are amazing. I have to admit for me it ran small in my usual size, I went for an extra large and my normal is large - XL but it was still a bit small. I highly recommend tho! It was a pretty well fit

Overall the shorts look pretty good! at first I thought they were small but they fit just right. The print also looks good, i thought it would be the press-on type of stuff that might fall off once you start washing it, but the print is on the actual material of the pants. Pretty nice!!🤞🖤🐺

It's simply Okay. I should have gotten a way bigger size something like a 2XL or just an XL it's oversized look in the pictures is deciving and the sizing charts didn't make much sense the fabric is reasonable and the print on the front of the T-shirt is okay as well overall I don't think I'd buy this again but it's not bad.

Terrible communication skills. I felt like I was being lied to by toddler. None of the tracking numbers work feels like they just print out the label and take about three weeks to ship it. The printing on the shirt was really bad. And on top of that, it feels like I’m fighting or trying to go to court with them to get my money back or replacement. I will not be buying back from here.
